Obituary of Ethel A Gumpert

Arlene (Wanner) Gumpert, 86, wife of the late of Richard Alvin Gumpert, died Monday at her home, Spring City. She was born in Norristown a daughter to the late Russell and the late Emma (Miller) Wanner. Arlene resided most of her life in Spring City and was a member of the Royersford Church of the Nazarene. She was a homemaker and enjoyed being with her family. She is survived by daughters: Marilyn Richardson of Beverly, MA and Joy Wurth of Endicott, NY and a son: Mark Gumpert of Spring City. Also survived by twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren. And a brother: Dale Wanner of Virginia. She is predeceased by sister: Lorraine Snell and Brother: Robert Wanner, and a granddaughter: Kathryn Wurth. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at 2:00 pm Wednesday in the Shalkop Grace & Strunk Funeral Home, Bridge and Church Streets, Spring City. With the Rev. Kim Richardson officiating. Burial to follow in the Vincent Mennonite Cemetery, Spring City. Visitation will be from 1:00 - 2:00 PM Wednesday in the funeral home, 135 Bridge Street, Spring City, PA. The family request memorial gifts may be made in her memory to the Royersford Church of the Nazarene 445 Washington Street Royersford PA 19468.
