Mary (Brady) Dunn, 95 beloved wife of the late Robert Michael Dunn of Chester Springs PA died on Friday at her residence. Born April 10, 1919 in Philadelphia Mary was the daughter of the late John Russell and Anna (Imms) Brady. Mary was raised in West Philadelphia but resided most of her life in Chester Springs. Mary was 1936 graduate of West Philadelphia Catholic Girls School. She was employed for many years as supervisor for the former Bell Tell Co. A carriage enthusiast she was a member of the American Driving Society, the Brandywine Valley Driving Club and the Ludwig’s Corner Riding and Driving Club and the Northern Chester County 4H Light Horse and Pony Club, Mary was also a member of St. Elizabeth Parish, Upper Uwchlan Township. Mary is survived by daughters: Anne D. wife of John Hughes of Exton and Frances M. Dunn wife of Charles Roulston of Chester Springs, sons: Richard M. Dunn of Chester Springs and John R. Dunn VMD husband to Ann Girard of St. Peter’s. and six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter: Barbara J. Dunn, granddaughter: Jennifer Dunn and sisters: Barbara Ann Brady and Patty Weaver and brother: Jack Brady. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass on Wednesday March 25 at 10am at the St. Elizabeth Parish 100 Fellowship Road Chester Springs, PA 19425, The Rev. Thomas M. Mullin Officiating. Burial will be private. Visitation will be held Wednesday at the church from 9-10am. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made in her memory to the Chester County SPCA 1212 Phoenixville Pike West Chester PA 19380. Arrangements are in care of Shalkop Grace & Strunk Funeral Home.
