David L. Hayes, age 51, of Royersford, PA, died early on Sunday morning, January 15, 2017 in his home.
David was born in Phoenixville. A beloved son of Jeraldine (Gunn) Hayes, he resided most of his life in the Royersford and Spring City areas.
David enjoyed riding motorcycles, especially his Harley Davidson, he was employed at the Moyer and Son Company.
In addition to his mother, David is survived by three children: son: David L. Long of Pottstown and daughters: Ariel Hayes of Spring City and Corey Hayes of Spring City, two sisters: Bunny Hornak of Royersford and Cheryl Long. He is predeceased by a brother: Marvin E. Hayes. David is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 11:30 AM at the Shalkop Grace & Strunk Funeral Home, Bridge and Church Streets Spring City PA, The Reverend Jack Mason will officiate. Burial will be private. Visitation will be held Saturday morning in the funeral home from 10-11:30am.
