Elsie M (Shoots) Haggerty, 93, widow of the late Andrew J. Haggerty, died Monday at home. She was born in E. Greeenville to the late Owen and the late Bessie M (Isett) Shoots, she had been a resident of Spring City since 1937. Else was a 1941 graduate from Spring City High School, she then worked as a machinist for the Spring Ford Knitting Company until her retirement in 1986. She is survived by her son, Larry J. Haggerty, husband of Kathleen of Spring City. A graveside service will be held at Zion Lutheran Cemetery, 39 Bonnie Brae Rd., Spring City, at 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 23, with The Rev.
