I am so sad to learn of Mrs.Fulmers passing.
I had Mrs.Fulmer as a substitute teacher many times when I was a student at Oaks elementary many years ago. I am 28 years old and I still think about her kindness towards me, frequently. My sister and I were just talking about our time at oaks and the memory of Mrs.Fulmers kind heart towards me as a child was one of the first things I thought of. She was such a wonderful teacher. I can only imagine how loved she was by her family and close friends. Her memory will live on for many of her students I’m sure. My sincerest condolences.

We were so shocked to hear of Sandy's passing. She will always remain one of those happy, full of life people who are fun to be around. We will remember our fellow teacher connection with Sandy with much fondness. Bless you all. We were lucky to know her.

I am sadden to hear of Mrs Fulmer passing. I had Mrs Fulmer when I was in 2nd grade at Oaks Elementary School. Both of my boys had her in 2nd grade as well. I always told them that she was my favorite teacher. She was tough but she was fair. She will be missed.
My condolences to her family. She was an amazing second grade teacher. My sister and I both had her as our teacher. I still hang a Christmas ornament on my tree every year that she gave to her students. She was everything a teacher should be.

Sandy was a wonderfully, kind person. I had the pleasure of knowing her for many years as a fellow teacher with the Spring-Ford School District. My sincerest sympathies to the family.

My condolences to your family. Sandra was my second grade teacher at Oaks Elementary in the first year the school opened. I continued to see her at different times and she was a credit to her profession. She is going to be greatly missed.
