Glenn “Skip” M. Wisneski, Jr., East Coventry

Glenn “Skip” M. Wisneski, Jr., beloved husband of Dena Wisneski, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.

Born in Phoenixville, Skip was the son of the late Glenn M. Wisneski, Sr. and the late Jean (Bauer) Wisneski. He was one of three children and grew up in Spring City, where he became a lifelong resident. A 1970 graduate of Owen J. Roberts High School, Skip was deeply rooted in his community and gave generously of his time and energy.

Skip retired from Allan A. Myers, Inc., where he was a Superintendent.  He was an active member of many local organizations, including the Quoit Club, the Royersford VFW, the Pikeville Gun Club, and the American Legion, where he served as a social member. He also served proudly as a trustee of the Liberty Fire Company. Beyond his community involvement, Skip was known for his love of tending to his beautiful garden and for his enjoyment of a good game of cards with family and friends.

Skip is survived by his devoted wife of six years, his three children: Matt Wisneski (Kim), Chip Schlichter (Annie), and Kristin Schlichter (Dan Moore); his brother, David Wisneski; brother-in-law, John Wozniak; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and his beloved dogs, Dozer and Daisy. Skip is predeceased by his sister, Yvonne Wozniak.
