Obituary of Lillian A. Mulhern

Lillian A. Mulhern, 82, of Collegeville, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2025.

Born to the late Thomas Pargin and Rose Quinn Pargin, Lillian spent most of her life in Philadelphia before recently moving to Collegeville. She was a proud graduate of West Catholic High School and was employed for many years by Gimbels and MAB Paint, where she was known for her strong work ethic and warm personality.

Lillian had a vibrant spirit and a love for life. She was rarely seen without her heels and delighted in dancing the jitterbug. She deeply enjoyed the companionship of her cats and dogs, but above all else, the greatest joy of her life was being a grandmother.

She is survived by her loving children, Jackie Malandro and Rose Hope; her five grandchildren, including Joey, Chuck, Joe, Mia, and Cassie; and her four great-grandchildren, Joe, Logan, Paul, and Faith.

Lillian was preceded in death by her husband Charles Mulhern and her two grandsons Steven and Thomas and beloved sisters, Barbara and Dot.

All arrangements are private and are being handled by the R. Strunk Funeral Home.
