The simple things actually. Our many dinners together at the country club with Bob and Ellen. He and I always had great conversation about the golf course, his golf game and of his love of sailing. I shall miss those moments...as will my wife Linda.

Many a night was spent in the kitchen of 14 Red Fox Lane by Bob and my parents, identifying and solving all of current events of the day. The friendship that Ellen and Bob have shown our family through the years is nothing short of amazing. Thanks for the memories. The Carr Family

A few years ago I was struggling to pull off the Fernleigh golf outing. It was event day and nobody had volunteered to help. It was obvious that I was overwhelmed, and Bob picked up on that. Out of nowhere Bob appeared and asked how he could help. He gave up his position in the outing to help greet and register golfers, pass out refreshments, and serve as starter. He saved the day for me. I didn't know Bob before the outing, but was introduced to a very kind and giving man that day. My thoughts and prayers are with Bob's family and friends. He will be greatly missed. Dave Garlick

Ellen and family, just got a call from Pete and Jackie informing us of Bob’s passing. We are sooo sorry for your loss and pray GOD will give you the strength to get through these very difficult times. We have so many wonderful memories of the laughs we all shared. We cherish those. GOD BLESS
