Victor  B. Ziemba, 85, Spring City

Victor Ziemba, 85,  devoted husband to Sandra Dix Ziemba passed away Monday November 6, 2023 in the Phoenixville Hospital.

Victor was the youngest of seven children, born April 15, 1938 in Trevorton (Northumberland County) to the late  Bartholomew Ziemba and the late Christina Kormancsik Ziemba. He graduated from Trevorton High School. Like most young men at that time, Victor joined the Air Force.  In 1960, his military commitment ended and he started his civilian life in Warminster, PA. He met the love of his life, Sandra through his sister. Once married, they settled in Spring City.  Victor continued to stay very active at St. Joseph’s parish where he was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Men’s group.  Living on Bridge Street, he loved to tend to his front garden and was meticulous in taking care of his tulips and marigolds. He enjoyed spending time with his family, loved to sample baked goods, and watching the Eagles play.

Victor believed in working hard, and went to night school where he eventually received an Accounting Degree from Drexel University in 1970.  He retired from the Roy Lomas Carpet Contractor where he loved working with the people there.

Victor adored his wife and children and was committed to them.  He was a wonderful father and husband. Victor leaves behind his wife Sandra Dix Ziemba, 11 children:  Michael Ziemba (Susan), Mary Ann Leary (Jay), Kathryn Ziemba, Christina Ziemba Saul, Jennifer Antosh (John), Joan Ziemba, Thomas Ziemba, Regina Carmean (Chuck), Stephen Ziemba (Jennifer) Matthew Ziemba (Fiancée, Jennifer Keown) and Timothy Ziemba; Thirteen grandchildren:  Morgan, Kellianne, John, Kolt, Allison, Alexander, Julianna, Jayson, Kalena, Randilyn, Treyvan, Logan and Grace; one Great Granddaughter, Macy.
