Obituary of Catherine Weaver

Catherine T. (Horvath) Weaver, 90, died Saturday in the Golden Living Center in Phoenxville. She was the wife of the late Kenneth A. Weaver, Sr. She was born in Devault, PA to the late Joseph Horvath and the late Frances (Speckhart) Horvath. She attended Phoenixville High School, graduating in 1940. An avid homemaker, she lived most of her life in the Spring City Area. Catherine was a member of St. Joseph's Church, and she enjoyed going to the casinos. She is survived by her children, Kenneth A. Weaver, Jr., husband of Sharon Weaver of Spring City, Elizabeth L. Davidson of Boyertown, Kathleen Owens of Spring City, and Donald J. Weaver of Birdsboro. In addition she is survived by her sister, Helen Paul of Norristown. She is predeceased by her husband Kenneth A. Weaver, Sr. Catherine's funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM at the Shalkop Grace and Strunk Funeral Home 135 Bridge Street, Spring City, PA. The Reverend Donato Silveri will officiate. Interment will be at The Limerick Garden of Memories, Limerick PA. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Shalkop Grace & Strunk Funeral Home. On line tributes may be made at sgsfuneralhome.com
