Kathryn M. (Kostenbader) Deitrick, 82, died Thursday in Parkhouse at Providence Pointe. Kathryn was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Frederick and the late Kathryn (Reinsburg) Kostenbader. Graduating from Presbyterian Hospital, Kathryn was a registered nurse at the Pottstown Hospital for 30 years, working in the orthopedic department She was also an active member of the Faith Bible Fellowship Church in Spring City; where she formerly taught Sunday school Kathryn is survived by her children, Dave Deitrick, husband if Vicki; Susan Francis, wife of Greg, Don Deitrick, husband of Colleen, John Deitrick, Ken Deitrick husband of Lynn, and Debbie Mettler, wife of Mike. She is predeceased by a son Mark, and a daughter, Patty. She is also predeceased by a sister Carolyn and a brother, Kenneth. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral service on Monday, April 15, at Spring City Fellowship Church, Glass Avenue, Spring City at 12:30 PM. Visitation will be held at the church from 11am to 12:30 PM.
