Obituary of Keith V. Garnett

Keith V. Garnett, age 51, of Royersford, Pa passed away on October 21, 2020 at his residence.

Born in Abington, Keith was the loving son of Ann (Lamkin) Rittersbach and the late Victor Garnett, he lived most of his life in the Pottstown area.

Keith was a 1987 graduate of the former St. Pius X High School and attended Temple University.  He later began working as a waiter and bartender at Cutillo’s restaurant in Sanatoga for more than 18 years. Keith was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend who was always making people laugh.  He enjoyed being outdoors as his favorite activities were golfing, skiing, snowboarding and mountain biking.  He also found joy in traveling, shooting pool, playing guitar, a wide variety of music and going to concerts. Keith was an avid Philadelphia sports fan who enjoyed attending live sporting events.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by sisters: Amanda, wife of Michael Kelly, of Pottstown PA, and Rae, wife of Mike Mallers, of Indianapolis, IN and brother: Phillip, husband of Richelle Rittersbach, of Sinking Spring, PA. He is predeceased by his brother: Jason Garnett. Keith is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass on Friday October 30^th, 2020 at 11am at St. Aloysius Church 233 Beech Street Pottstown PA, 19464. Burial will follow in St. Aloysius Cemetery, Pottstown. Visitation will be held Thursday evening at the R. Strunk Funeral Home 400 Main Street Phoenixville PA 19460 from 6-8pm and on Friday morning at St. Aloysius Church from 10-11am.
