Another aide and I took care of Bessie for a long while , while she was in rehab I grew very fond of Bessie right off the bat she always had a smile on her face when I would come into work and she would see me she would always say to me 'well it's about time u get here " I loved her good sence of humor I will miss Bessie very much ❤️

Wow...Aunt Bessie I never thought I wouldn't be able to see you again.. From the time I was young you called me your Huggy Bear, and I remember you always have given the best hugs. You had different names for all your grandchildren, nieces, and nephews making us all feel so special in our own way. You didnt have the best of life growing up but you never let it turn you bitter. You had the biggest heart of anyone I have ever met, you welcomed everyone you came in contact with and always went the extra mile to make sure they knew you cared. My heart breaks as I write this with tears running down my face what I wouldn't give for one of your warm hugs. You were always a shoulder to cry on for so many. You were the person I could always go to for advice and you would never ever judge, and I knew I never had to worry about it going anywhere else, as you always kept it to yourself. You ALWAYS had my back and defended me in many different situations, and your home was always an open door and safe place to anyone and everyone. I will also always remember your awesome cooking (your ham, baked mac n cheese, and potatoe salad) was by far the best. I will always try to be that loving person you helped me to be as your legacy and memory will never fade!! Im so so sorry I couldn't be there to put you to rest in person, but I hope you will never forget how much I love and appreciate you. Rest in Peace My Beautiful Aunt....until we meet again❤
