Syl and I share our finest condolences on the passing of this kind man. We will never forget his kindness in the days following the passing of Syl's brother Irv, when we entrusted Richard to handle final arrangements, and he did so with grace. We will miss the care with which he and his family made the area at the corner of 4th and Main Streets such a respite of beauty.

Marlene, we were so sorry to hear of Richard's passing. The Yenchick family have a long history with Richard. He was great friends of my parents (Lee and Elmer) and went on more than a few trips with them and us over the years. He always had a smile on his face and always made you laugh. He would always ask about my Corvette and we'd talk about his T-bird. I think he played Santa at least 1 time and came to our house when we were kids. He loved to come and hang out at Dad's garage when he was still in business along with Smitty and my uncle George, who also worked for him at the funeral home for many years. They always opened up the house during the Dogwood parade for refreshments to the paraders and he rented the house next door to my Grandmother Elizabeth after they sold the garage. He was kind enough to come out of retirement for my Fathers funeral 10yrs ago, he will be missed by friends, family and the community.

Dear Marlene and Family, So sorry to hear of your loss. Such a kind man. You both have always been so nice to my late Grandparents, Ralph and Sophie McCrone. They always spoke highly of you both. Rest in Peace Mr. Rosmos, and may God Bless your family.

As a young boy, when seeing you at a funeral in church I would think "when I grow up, I want to be like Mr. Rosmos." Thank you for being such a great teacher and role model to me. I've learned a lot. I especially thank you for trusting me to carry on the "Devlin-Rosmos tradition" that will continue well into the future. Rest in Peace, Richard

My condolences and prayers to the entire family. I remember how much of a loving family man he was when I was little running around with everyone. It speaks volumes of the bond you all have together how great of a family you all are ,and what kind of man he was.

You were always there when I needed a shoulder to lean on and it never mattered what time of the day or night it was. Thanks for the memories and there are plenty of great ones, from snowmobling, Dogwood Festivals, picinics and to just being a great friend.
May God bless your family,
Love you always Shelly Bader
