On May 25, 2021, Gary Edward Phillips passed away in Spring City, PA.  He was born on May 21, 1937 in Jamestown, NY to the late Kermit and Gertrude Phillips.  He is predeceased by his wife, Cynthia Wellman Phillips, son Jeffrey and brother Timothy.  Gary is survived by sister Linda Phillips Slack, brother Kermit Bradley Phillips; sons Gary Phillips, Jr. and Stephen Phillips, and daughter Genevieve Phillips Owsiany; and grandchildren Justin Phillips, Courtney Phillips Sanchez, Brianna Phillips Sharkey, Samuel Phillips, Hannah Phillips, Joshua Owsiany, and Andrew Owsiany; and great-grandson Leo Sanchez and great-granddaughter Emmie Lou Sharkey.
