Obituary of Kent Schurr

Jeffrey  Kent Schurr, 57,

Jeffrey “Kent” Schurr passed away Tuesday July 6, 2021 Season’s Hospice.

Born March 20, 1964 in Pottstown to the late John R. Schurr and Mrs. Theresa (Alexander) Schurr. One of six children, Kent and the Schurr family spent their entire lives in the Royersford area.  Kent was a 1982 Spring Ford Graduate and continued his education with a Finance degree from Temple and continued to receive his Master’s at St. Joseph’s University.  Kent was employed by Tower Health.            

Taken too soon, Kent made sure to enjoy life.  He loved spending time with friends and family which included traveling to Las Vegas, the Beach and celebrating the Philadelphia Eagles. 

In addition to his mother, Theresa (Alexander) Schurr, he is survived by his five siblings:  Sisters:  Jacque Ditlow (Tony), Terri Klaus (Karl), Patti Polini (Tony); Brothers:  Kevin Schurr and Keith Schurr (Roxanne);

Seven Nieces and Four Nephews; Seven Great nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass will take place at Sacred Heart Church 838 Walnut St, Royersford, PA 19468 Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 11:30 AM.  Visitation prior to the service will be held at the funeral home from 9-11 AM.  Interment will be immediately following at the Limerick Garden of Memories.
