Benjamin J. Botts, Jr., 79,
Benjamin Botts, Jr., 79, widow of the late Jacki Botts, a life long resident of the Phoenixville area, passed away Friday July 8, 2022 in the ProMedica SNF West Reading.
He was born March 5, 1943 in Phoenixville to the late Benjamin Botts Sr and the late Alice (Cameron) Botts. One of two children, Ben went to Phoenixville High School where he graduated in the class of 1961. In 1965 he went to Barber school, he also worked at Phoenixville Hospital for 12 years and he retired from United Parcel Service (UPS) after 26 years.
Ben leaves behind two daughters: Wendy Lynn Koch (Glenn) and Kimberly Botts and three grandsons (Alex, Glenn Jr. and Benjamin) He was preceded in death by his sister and brother in law Alice & Allen Collins.
Friends are invited to visit with family at a viewing that will be held Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Shalkop, Grace & Strunk Funeral Home, 135 Bridge Street, Spring City from 10-11 AM. A funeral Service will be at 11:00. Burial will be immediately following in the Bethel Cemetery. Bethel Church Road, Spring City, PA 19475
