Obituary of Jean K. Mills

Jean K. Mills, 85, Royersford

Jean Mills, 85, passed away Wednesday October 26, 2022, at Parkhouse at Providence Pointe.

She was born December 29, 1936, in West Chester to the late John Morrison and the late Helen (McCloy) Morrison. An only child, Jean graduated from Tredyffrin-East High School in Berwyn. Smart and full of life, Jean enjoyed working in the medical field after high school. 

Jean was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Port Kennedy and United Methodist Church in Berwyn. She loved church and her friends she attended with. Jean loved her work as a volunteer at Phoenixville Hospital in her later years, attending to babies in the nursery.

She was a skilled embroiderer and left us special gifts to cherish. She also loved the beach and the sun and was her happiest when surrounded by friends socializing. Her biggest joy was her family, watching her grandchildren grow up and spending time them.

Jean leaves behind her two adoring daughters Kim Christman (Huband, Wil) and Lorri Caba; four grandchildren:  Bobby, Tyler, Samantha, and Allie

Friends and the community are invited to visit with the family at the Shalkop, Grace & Strunk Funeral Home on Thursday, November 3, 2022, from 6-7 PM.  Family will have a private graveside service.
