Samuel J. Yeager, 73, Spring City
Samuel Yeager, 73, passed away late Monday afternoon, June 12, 2023 in the Phoenixville Hospital.
One of five children, Sam was born January 23, 1950 in Phoenixville to the late Ralph and the late Dorothy (Gauger) Yeager. After high school, Sam was drafted into the Army and was stationed in Germany. He enjoyed Europe and was able to even travel a bit while stationed there.
Sam was hard working and enjoyed his bachelor life. He was a friend to all, and would be described as “happy go lucky”.
Gone too soon, Sam leaves behind two sisters: Nancy Linderman (wife to the late Arvin) and Cynthia Harsh (wife to Galen), Sister in Law Donna Yeager; nieces and nephews and many friends. He is preceded in death by his two brothers: Larry and Barry Yeager.
Friends and Family are invited to visit with the family Saturday June 24, 2023 from 10-11 AM with a memorial service to follow, beginning at 11 AM at the Shalkop, Grace & Strunk Funeral Home 135 Bridge Street, Spring City, PA 19475.
