I'm so sorry to learn of Rae's passing. Many years ago, Rae and I met in the Reading Branch during New Tech Academy. We had many heart to heart conversations over the years. We talked about the joys and struggles of parenting. We shared many laughs together. I will always cherish those conversations and memories. Rae was an outstanding and well respected Manager for Ehrlich. I'm glad to have known him.

I extend my condolences to Rae's family. I want you to know Rae was a great guy. He helped me a lot during the transition when Magic was purchased by Rentokil. He was one of the great people I encountered in this field. He was always available and had great insight and knowledge in how to navigate the corporate structure. A real professional. I will greatly miss him.

It is with sadness that I learned of Rae's passing today, a kind and thoughtful person who once called our neighborhood home. Though he moved away years ago, I will always remember the great conversations we shared—discussions that were filled with warmth, insight, and humor.
Though we didn’t often connect after he moved, our occasional exchanges on LinkedIn were small reminders of the thoughtful and kind person he was. His passing is a loss to all who knew him.
May he rest in peace, and may his family find comfort in the love and memories he leaves behind.

I had the pleasure of knowing Rae since he hired me as a technician for Ehrlich 20 years ago. I knew that I was working for an inspiring leader but never would have imagined the lifelong friendship I would gain. His legacy was clearly displayed by the beautiful memories shared by his loved ones today. When Cory spoke about his dad it touched everyone to the core. I think most little boys think their dad is a superhero, it's rare when an adult with life's experience is still able the feel the same but what makes it absolutely true is when everyone that has met him agrees that he is a superhero. Rae was a superhero to everyone that had the privilege to know him and we are so appreciative of his family for sharing him with all of us.

We both got promoted at the same time and one of his first comments to me is "I may not have hired you, and honestly not even sure I would have picked you. But seeing what you and your team deal with in NYC, I'm glad its you. I dont envy your position." RIP sir, you will truly be missed.

I had the privilege and honor to work with Rae McGarr since 2019. He was my Regional Director at RNA/Ambius, NJ. He was and will always remain a friend, and mentor to me. Rae was a kind, generous and thoughtful man. I will cherish the friendship that we shared forever. Simply put he was a wonderful human being and a pleasure. I'm a better person to have known him. Also, on behalf of Rae's NJ Ambius family we send our condolences to his entire family.

Rae was very good friend of mine since 7th grade. We had a lot of good times over the years. Anybody who new Rae, I don’t think anybody would have a bad thing too say about him. Not many people could say that. He was one of A kind. A true loss for everybody who new him exceptional his family

Rae, I will always remember you as a good friend and genuine human being who always put others first. I will remember our fun golf rounds together at Bellewood, Bellewood Pool drinking, Anytime Fitness run-ins, and our early morning breakfasts in OCMD during the annual golf trip. I will also miss the daily/weekly golf texts to see who could get out and play. Most importantly, I will remember your fun sense of humor and the many laughs we shared together. I will miss you man. I had the honor and privilege of working for Rae for 5 years and we were colleagues for almost 25 years. Not only was he an incredible manager to work for and with, but he was an outstanding and caring human being. Rae did everything he could do to support those who worked and reported to him. My deepest sympathy to his family, friends and loved ones. Rae was one of the " good guys" and will be missed by all who knew him.

Rae, though I know him over 2 years, built a professional and personal relationship and openly shared work and personal success and challenges. He shared with passion the time spent with family and showed keen interest in discussing the weekend activities.
Rae was a keen golfer and competitive. He passionately talks about the round of golf he had over the weekend and golfing he had at South Carolina and Maryland. I had the pleasure of having a few rounds of Golf with him and thoroughly enjoyed the time together. From the hospital bed, we talked about having a few rounds of golf and a golfing trip to Florida once he is out of the hospital.
My thoughts are with the Family and Dear ones. Please accept our sincere condolences. Wishing peace and comfort during the challenging time. Please accept my deepest sympathies.

Back in 2008, Rae was not only my future father-in-law, but my boss. At the end of the day, I would check in with him before leaving the office. I would often stay and chat about life, his son Cory (my fiancé), work, really anything, and everything. I cherished those times that I had with him one on one.
I shared a lot of great memories with him. Some of which were playing wiffle ball or basketball in his backyard, or when he told me that Alli was on her way, and every time he came to Arizona to visit us. I always learned something interesting from him, as he was a health nut like me. I’ll always miss his wisdom, his smile, and positivity. I’ll always miss my father-in-law Rae.
