Helen A. (Hawrylko) Edwards, age 85 wife of teh late A. Lincoln Edwrds of Spring City died on December 25, 2009 in the Phoenixville Hospital. She was born and raised in Phoenixville a daugter of the late Wassel and Mary (Maskalick) Hawrylko. Mrs. Edwards resided most of her life in Spring City, she was the owner and operator of Edwards Florist and Greenhouse in Spring City for forty two years until her retirement. She was a member of St. Joseph Church in Spring City and the Liberty Fire Co, and Spring Cit American Legion Post 602 Thomas W. O'Connor. Mrs. Edwards enjoed gardening and flowers. She was also an active member of the Phoenixville Adult Activity Senior Center. She is survived by two sons: Thomas W. Edwards of Phoenixville and Lawrence J. Edwards of Perkiomenville, and 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, and 2 sisters: Estelle Sirgenson, and Jennifer Fiscarelli. She was predeceased by a sister: Rose and Brothers: Michael, Nicholas and William. Relatives and frineds are invited to attend her funeral mass that will be celebrated on Wednesday December 30, 2009 at 10:30am at the St. Joseph Church, Rt 724 (3640 Schuylkill Road) Spring City, The Rev. Charles O'Hara officiating. Burial to follow in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Spring City. Her viewing will be held wednesday morning in church from 9:15am to 10:30am.
