Eileen M. Panfil, 61, Spring City Eileen M. Panfil, 61, loving wife of Jay Panfil died Sunday November 5, 2018 at home. She was born in Pottstown to the late Elmer and the late Violet (Testa) Grater. Eileen graduated from Perkiomen Valley High School and received an Associates Degree from Montgomery Community College in 1975. She was a lifelong resident of Spring City and worked in administration at Graterford Prison and FM Global Insurance. Eileen was a lover of the Philadelphia Eagles, Dogs and enjoyed the stage as a member of the Walnut Street Theatre. She is survived by her husband of ____ years, Jay Panfil, two children: J. Ryan Kane (husband of Beth) Pottstown; Sean P. Kane (husband of Stephanie) of Phoenix AZ. Stepchildren: Adam Panfil and Lisa Surkis (wife of Adam) of Chicago, IL. Sister: Linda J. Buzzard (wife of Thomas) Graterford, Seven Grandchildren: Victoria, J. Scott, Allen, Joshua, Travis, Asher and Brody. A Memorial service will be held at 11 AM Saturday, November 10, 2018 in Shalkop Grace & Strunk Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 135 Bridge Street, Spring City with the Rev. Frank Robinson officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00AM to 11:00AM Saturday in the funeral home, 135 Bridge Street, Spring City, PA. Burial will be Private.
