Arvin N. Linderman, age 70 husband of Nancy(Yeager) Linderman of Pottstown, died on Sunday at his residence. Arvin and Nancy were in their fift second year of marriage. He was born in Spring City a son of the late Oscar and Jennie(Berkey) Linderman. He residedmost of his life in the Pottstown area. He attended the Pottsown Schools. He was employed for over twenty five years as a truck driver for the former Jones Motor Company until they closed. He than drove truck for various trucking companies until his retirement. Arvin enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren, he was a huntwer and fsherman and enjoyed snowmobiles. He was a member of the Linfield United Church of Christ. He is survived by three chidren: Daughter: Cheri wife of Robert Michener of Pottstown, Melinda and companion Jeffrey Dawson of Elverson and a son: Todd husband of Diane Linderman of Gilbertsville, and 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial servicde on Saturday September 11, 2010 at 11am at the Shalkop Grace & Strunk Funeral home, Bridge and Church Streets Spring City, PA. Burial will be private. Friends may call Saturday morning at the funeral hoemn from 10-11am. In lieu of flowers memoiral gifts may be made in his memory to the American Diabetes Association
