I have a lot of memories growing up with Kev at Church Farm, but there are two that really come to mind:
One time we waited all week for Friday so we could leave early and spend the weekend at my house in Philly. By the time Friday came around I got really sick and spent all day in the infirmary, then spent the rest of the weekend couch-ridden at home. Rather than reclaim his weekend, Kevin stayed with me the whole time as I got better. That was Kevin.
Fast forward a few years I was in NY and spent New Years Eve in his living room with my family and his. It was the best New Years hands down.
Kevin is a reminder of the things important in life. Family, REAL friends, and being there at a time of need. In these trying times we can take a cue from Kevin and let his legacy live on.

Kevin was a special soul. I will miss my cousin dearly. I'll miss his smile and his laugh and our talks... mostly I'll miss kicking it over drinks as he was always down for a tasting so he could add to his collection at home. I'll miss talking hoops and talking kicks. I'll miss his love for his Honda. I'll miss seeing him and Kyle together. I'm sorry for Tennille, my Aunt Kevi, Kenny and Kyle. They have lost so much. But everything else that went into Kevin, I choose to honor instead of miss. Kid lived a life full of passion and love. I'm not going to be selfish and think of me right now. Kevin... you were my little cousin... I called you "my son", now I want to grow up to be like you. Rest easy, King.
