Rest In Peace Uncle Brian. So sorry to have not been in touch and there to honor you at the end. I remember so well coming to visit us in your uniform and showing us how you shine your shoes and of course your love of running. Thank you always for your service Much love

I’m a niece of Brian. Living in Ireland and he in Pennsylvania. I loved our times we had writing back and forth for many years.
He loved to hear the comings and goings of my 6 children. Loved seeing their pictures I sent. Brian loved running and spoke so much about the 2 men who ran for Ireland. Coughlin and Treacy.
Brian shared with me his awards he received while a Marine in Vietnam and I felt very proud.
Rest in peace Brian

Brian is my uncle. My mothers younger brother. I had always been in touch with Brian while I’m living in Ireland. Brian and I had years of communication but then it stopped. We had sent pictures and Brian loved hearing all about my 6 children lives. I loved getting letters from Brian. I’m very sad that no one contacted me regarding his passing.

My deepest condolences to Barney’s family. I served with him in the Marine Corps in 1964-1965. He was quite a hard-nosed, tenacious Marine and I will miss him.
Rest In Peace, brother.
