Fryer and I were born 3 days apart, and we were friends all our lives, mostly through the First Reformed Church. I left Spring City after WWII, but we kept contact via annual Christmas cards.
As the past president of the Brandywine Shrine Club, I got to know Fryer as a devoted Shriner and cheerful person who cared about others. My wife Mary and I were deeply saddened by his passing and mourn for his leaving from family and friends, but rejoice at his being with our Lord and Saviour. Our sincere sympathies to you. We have such fond memories of Fryer, Grace, Mary, and George. They were wonderful Christians and such caring friends. We were so sad to hear of Fryer's death. He was always so kind and interested in those around him. Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to his family and friends.
Family and friends are coming together online to create a special keepsake. Every memory left on the online obituary will be automatically included in this book.
